Antecedents

With over 20 years of groundbreaking experience in administration, corporate, and business management, Dr. Ayodele is a dynamic international leadership expert specializing in capacity building. A self-taught, multi-skilled strategist, he also has a background as a professional footballer. Dr. Ayodele has convened numerous national and international transformative meetings—both virtual and physical—on various developmental issues worldwide. He is a distinguished figure in leadership intelligence, hosting scholars in pragmatic approaches to political-economic integration, gender-based violence, racialism, governance, democracy, climate, youth and women in leadership, food security, children’s education, socio-cultural and gender parity, environmental issues, and mind rehabilitation. Ambassadorial Certification and Honor

In 2023, Dr. Favour Ayodele was recognized as an Ambassador of Peace by the Institute of Peace and Development (INSPAD). That same year, he was honored with a tree planted in Africa by the European Technology Chamber (EUTECH) Climate Action Partnership. Dr. Ayodele was also inducted as a member of the Advisory Panel for Africa Industrialization & Economic Diversification UNIPGC and was awarded at the Pan African Leadership Symposium and Honors (PALESH) in 2022. In 2020, he was appointed and certified as a Peace Ambassador to the United Nations following his International Protocol, Diplomacy, and Humanitarian Diplomacy Training with WOLMI. This appointment led to his role as Deputy Director General in the International Council Cabinet (ICC) Nigeria. In 2017, he received an Ambassadorial appointment with the International Security Device Company in Dublin, “ProveAmNig.”

International Work Exposure

Dr. Ayodele was the first African-Nigerian to work with the largest restaurant in Cambodia, Tonle Bassac Restaurant in Phnom Penh, as Assistant General Manager. He also became the first African-Nigerian to work with the car dealership company World Trade Transport (WTT) Phnom Penh, Cambodia, as Marketing Manager. Additionally, he served as Business Development Manager for Oston Printers Company in Phnom Penh. He lectured at Cambodia Mekong University and Bethel University for nearly two years before returning to Nigeria in 2009.

Educational History

Dr. Ayodele is currently pursuing another Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Management from Crown University International Chartered Inc., New York. He recently received an Honorary Ph.D. in World Leadership from Prof. Dr. hc. multi Architect Jeanette Esmeralda Tiburcio Márquez, Rector of UNQE and Director of CEVER SIGLO XXI University Querétaro Campus, Mexico. In 2022, he was awarded an Honorary Ph.D. in Strategic Leadership and Governance from Triune Biblical University, USA Nigeria Extension. He also holds a Diploma in Business Intelligence from Scholars International Institute of Technology, USA, graduating with high honors (A+). Dr. Ayodele earned his Ph.D. and Master’s in Christian Counseling from Patriot Bible University, Colorado USA Nigeria Extension, in 2018 and 2016, respectively, and from the International Centre for Biblical and Theological Seminary, Nigeria. He also holds a degree in Bible and Theology from Two Witness Ministries Michigan, USA Nigeria Extension. After attending Adeyemi College of Education, Ondo, Nigeria, he completed an Executive Diploma in Pastoral Ministry from International Christian and Training Institute (ICRETI) Ibadan, Nigeria, and became certified at the International School of Leadership from World Harvest Institute of Christian Leadership in 2011.

H.E. Dr. Favour Ayodele serves on the advisory boards of many international organizations. He currently holds appointments in Education, Leadership, and Management, including as Global Secretary General for Africa and the Caribbean Nations with the Unity of Nations for Climate Change Council (UNACCC), CEO and International Coordinator of the Youth Parliament Africa Chapter, Nigeria President and Diplomacy Director for the African Investors Council (AIC), and Vice President of West Africa for The World Economic Forum Asia-Africa (WEFAA). He is also a Board Director at the International Institute of Influencers (III) and the International House of Speakers (IHS) India. Additionally, Dr. Ayodele is the Global Advisor for the International Prime Awards and Sudaco Group, Asia-USA, an Advisory Panel member for African Industrialization and Economic Diversification at UN-IPGC, Director of Studies at GTBU Global Extension, USA, Dean of AwloHeForShe Global Community, COO of Global Village Celebrity Ltd UK, Buchanan International Advisor for West Africa, and Map4Life Pioneer for Nigeria.

His Excellency Dr. Favour Ayodele has received numerous awards, including the 2024 Benue Achievers Award for Excellence in Leadership and Development Initiatives, the 2023 World Golden Eagle Prize by the Spanish-World Writers Union in Mexico, and the Award for Most Innovative Leadership at the 2023 Education Awards by the London School of Digital Business, United Kingdom. He was also honored with the César Vallejo World Excellence Award in Humanitarian Excellence in 2023 from the Hispanic World Writers Union in Mexico. Other accolades include the Male Champion of the Year Award by Sri Lanka Business Council at the TOP50 Awards in UAE (2022), the Global 28COE Award for Business Entrepreneur of the Year (2022) by 28CEO Credentials of Entrepreneur, Malaysia, and the Exemplary Political Bridge Builder of the Year (2021) in Nigeria. He has also been recognized for outstanding leadership at the Global Education Summit Award (GESA) in 2021 and the World Education Leaders Award (2021) by IESA (International Education Summit and Awards).
